Where is the condo located?
On Victoria Street in downtown Toronto (postal area M5B) — a 3-minute walk to the Toronto Eaton Centre, Dundas and Queen subway stations, and the PATH. The exact address is shared after your booking is confirmed.
Is parking included?
Yes. One free underground parking spot is included with every stay — very rare for downtown Toronto. The vehicle must leave the garage by check-out (10:00 a.m.) because a garage remote is needed to exit.
How many guests can stay, and what are the beds?
Up to 7 guests. There are 4 beds: the master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (plus a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and the workspace desk); the second bedroom has a double bed, with the second bathroom right beside it; the living room has a 1.8 m-wide sofa bed. A large dining table seats 7.
How close is it to hospitals and universities?
St. Michael's Hospital is directly across the street. Hospital Row — SickKids, Toronto General Hospital, UHN and Women's College Hospital — is a 10 to 13 minute walk, and Toronto Metropolitan University is a short walk away. The University of Toronto, Union Station, the CN Tower and the Financial District are a short walk or a quick subway ride.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is any time after 4:00 p.m. — if the unit is ready earlier, we tell you right away. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
Is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb?
Yes — booking direct here saves about 10% compared with the Airbnb price for the same dates. You pay nothing when you send a request: your host confirms availability and your exact total first, and only then do you pay securely online.
Can I book a month or longer?
Yes. Stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome at monthly terms — just send a request with your dates. Toronto's Municipal Accommodation Tax does not apply to stays of 28+ nights.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No. The building does not allow pets, and smoking or vaping (including marijuana) is not permitted in the unit or anywhere around the building.
Is there fast wifi and a place to work?
Yes — fast fibre wifi and a desk in the master bedroom, set up for remote work and video calls.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 5 or more days before check-in day (by 5:00 p.m. that day). After that and before check-in time, the first night is not refunded and 50% of every remaining night is refunded. No refund after check-in time. Major disruptive events may qualify for an exception — contact us.
