Hospital stays rarely follow the plan. If you need to extend, just message us — extensions are usually possible when the calendar allows. Is parking included?
Yes — one free underground parking spot is included with every stay. The vehicle must leave the garage by check-out (10:00 a.m.) because a garage remote is needed to exit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 5 or more days before check-in day (by 5:00 p.m. that day). After that and before check-in time, the first night is not refunded and 50% of every remaining night is refunded. No refund after check-in time. We know hospital plans change — contact us and we will do our best to help.
