Settling in
Wifi & workspace
Fast fibre wifi โ the network and password are in your arrival message and on the card inside the condo. The desk in the master bedroom is set up for laptops and video calls.
Kitchen
A full kitchen with cookware, dishes and the basics for real cooking, plus a dining table that seats 7. Groceries: the Loblaws at Maple Leaf Gardens (Church & Carlton) is a few minutes' walk.
Laundry
Washer and dryer inside the condo, there for your use โ one less thing to pack, especially on longer stays.
Sleeping
Four beds for up to 7 guests: the master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet), the second bedroom a double bed, and the living room a 1.8 m-wide sofa bed. Stays of 28+ nights are limited to 5 guests.
Parking
One free underground parking spot is included with every stay โ rare downtown. Your arrival message explains how to enter the garage. One important detail: the vehicle must leave the garage by check-out (10:00 a.m.), because a garage remote is needed to exit.
House rules, in plain words
- Quiet hours 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. โ this is a residential condo building; please keep noise down, especially in hallways.
- No smoking or vaping (including marijuana) in the condo or anywhere around the building โ this is the building's rule, not just ours.
- No pets โ the building does not allow them.
- No parties or events, and no extra overnight guests beyond the number in your booking.
- Garbage and recycling: your arrival message shows where they go โ please use the bags provided and keep the kitchen tidy.

Checking out
Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. No need to strip the beds or deep-clean โ the cleaning fee covers that. Please just leave the kitchen reasonably tidy, take your belongings, move the car out of the garage, and send us a quick message as you leave so we know the condo is free. Thank you!

When will I get the exact address and entry details?
After your booking is confirmed, and again in your arrival message before check-in. For everyone's security we don't publish the unit number or entry details on the public website.
How do I get the wifi password?
The network name and password are in your arrival message and on the information card inside the condo. The wifi is fast fibre โ good for video calls and streaming.
Can I do laundry during my stay?
Yes โ there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your use, which guests on longer stays especially appreciate.
How does the free parking work?
