Staying longer
Medical stays are rarely weekend trips. Treatment courses, transplant follow-ups, rehab and clinical rotations run for weeks or months โ stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome at monthly terms. Send a request with your dates (even approximate ones) and we will confirm the exact total before you pay anything. Toronto's Municipal Accommodation Tax does not apply to stays of 28+ nights. Can we stay for several weeks during treatment or a rotation?
Yes. Stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome at monthly terms โ send a request with your dates and we will confirm the exact total. Longer stays are limited to 5 guests. Many of our medical guests stay for a month or more.
Is the condo suitable for a patient recovering between appointments?
It is a quiet residential condo with a full kitchen (for home cooking and special diets), in-unit laundry, and proper beds for family members. Your host replies personally โ message us on WhatsApp any time if you need something during your stay.
How does parking work for hospital visits?
One underground parking spot at the condo is included free with every stay. Hospital parking in downtown Toronto adds up quickly over a long treatment, so most medical families walk to appointments and keep the car parked free at the condo.
How many family members can stay?
Up to 7 guests for short stays, in 4 beds across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Stays of 28 nights or longer are limited to 5 guests.
